We replace any defective prodcuts during we do quality check in warehoue and factory. In case your products has any defect after you receive it within 20 days and provide evidence, we will compensate.

We will guarantee your product quality and promise to compensate if you use our Pro Plan .

For defective products, if you choose our Basic Plan which means you use your own supplier, we can help to negotiate to replace or compensate with supplier.

If you choose our Pro Plan which means you use sourcingYuan’s supplychain, we take care of replace and compensate.

If you feel good with the price and quality of samples, you place bulk order. Then sourcingYuan will manage mass production, quality control,package,warehouse,shipping,etc for you.

SourcingYuan guarantee the quality of products. Any quality problem happend, sourcingYuan will take responsibility. We replace product or we compensate to you.

Free Warehouse by SourcingYuan: 3 months

Service Fee under this PRO PLAN: $0.  All charge are included in the unit price of products.

BASIC PLAN

If you want to use your own supplier, we can also help you. We will partner with your supplier to deal with quotation, price negotiation, buying on behalf of you. Then we will manage to quality check, warehouse and shipping for you too.

SourcingYuan do not guarantee the quality of products. Any quality problem happend, your supplier take responsibility for product quality.

Free Warehouse by SourcingYuan: 2 months

Service Fee under this BASIC PLAN: 5% of product value.  The minimum fee is USD100.

For Pro Plan, you will use sourcingYuan’s supplier chain. SourcingYuan take responsibility for the product quality.

For Basic Plan, you use your own supplier. Your own supplier need to solve any quality problem.

Sorry, we can’t disclose the information in most case. However, sourcingYuan are happy to assist our client to have a on site factory inspection.

In general speaking, we provide free quality inspection based on  AQL 2.5 standards.  And we provide you images, videos. We also support video call so that you can check quality by yourself online.

But if you need a more higher standard e.g. one by one quality checking, we charge separately and we will quote you for higher standard quality inspection service.

Yes, we do. If it is less than 10 images, we provide quality image of product for free.  But if your product or sku is more than 10, we charge USD1 per image.

There is no min order requirement. We accept any amount, any quantity small order.
